Shipping Information

U.S. Domestic Shipping

  • We're thrilled to offer free standard shipping on orders over $150. For orders under $100, a $9.95 standard shipping charge applies. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your items once shipped.
Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed during weekends, holidays, or sale events may require additional processing time. While we strive for efficient processing, we prioritize quality and accuracy to ensure each order meets our standards.

Shipping Status

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your shipment at any time by clicking on Order Tracking. If any items are backordered or canceled, you'll receive separate notifications to keep you updated on your order status.

Delivery Address

Please provide your complete shipping address to ensure accurate delivery. Include all necessary details such as street numbers, building or apartment numbers, unit/suite numbers, and route information (if applicable). Incomplete or incorrect address information may result in delivery delays or failed deliveries. Your attention to these details helps ensure your order reaches you successfully.

We deliver to residential and commercial addresses. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Return Policy

At our store, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of fulfillment for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center for step-by-step instructions. Our team is happy to assist you through the process.

Returns are subject to the following terms:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing tags.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to one week for the refund to appear in your account. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

  • We deduct a $10 return fee from refunds to cover the cost of return shipping. However, this fee will be waived if you choose to receive a store credit instead of a refund.
Exchange Policy

While we don't offer direct exchanges, you can easily get the right size or color by returning your original item and placing a new order for your preferred item.
