U.S. Domestic Shipping

  • We're thrilled to offer free standard shipping on orders over $125. For orders under $125, a $9.95 standard shipping charge applies. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your items once shipped. You can track your shipment on our Order Tracking page as soon as your order ships.
Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed during weekends, holidays, or sale events may require additional processing time. While we strive for efficient processing, we prioritize quality and accuracy to ensure each order meets our standards.

Pricing Policy

We do everything we can to keep our pricing accurate and consistent across all platforms. However, prices may change at any time without notice as we adjust to market costs, production changes, or seasonal updates.

Please note that prices listed on other websites or third-party retailers may not reflect current Onedder pricing. Because we sell through multiple channels, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of external listings and reserve the right not to honor prices shown anywhere other than onedder.com.

Shipping Status

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your shipment at any time by clicking on Order Tracking. If any items are backordered or canceled, you'll receive separate notifications to keep you updated on your order status.

Delivery Address

Please provide your complete shipping address to ensure accurate delivery. Include all necessary details such as street numbers, building or apartment numbers, unit/suite numbers, and route information (if applicable). Incomplete or incorrect address information may result in delivery delays or failed deliveries. Your attention to these details helps ensure your order reaches you successfully. Please note that address changes cannot be made once your order has shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.

We deliver to residential and commercial addresses. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Return Policy

At our store, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of fulfillment for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center for step-by-step instructions. Our team is happy to assist you through the process.

Returns are subject to the following terms:

  • All return items must be unworn, in original packaging, with tags attached. If an item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label, and upon receipt, you’ll receive a replacement or full refund.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to one week for the refund to appear in your account. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable.

  • Items worn or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Worn or damaged items can be return to you, but any return shipping or restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.

  • We deduct a $10 return fee from refunds to cover the cost of return shipping. However, this fee will be waived if you choose to receive a store credit instead of a refund.
Exchange Policy

While we don't offer direct exchanges, you can easily get the right size or color by returning your original item and placing a new order for your preferred item.
